Brief history
In October 1977, Sassine square, the ‘chase’ celebrates its opening.
Delocalized in Kaslik, then back to Achrafieh, the ‘chase’ kept its clientele, faithful to a menu famed for its diversity.
In 2004, for its 28th birthday, the ‘chase’ renews its menu, interior and terrace. Basic and functional, the ‘chase’ goes for a transparent volume and warmer colors, adapting its space and products to the different moments of your day.
